We accept returns and exchanges if:
- Items are returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are included.
- The item is free from stains, perfumes, or damage.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized pieces
2. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange for a different size, color, or style, we’ll be happy to assist.

- Provide your order number and the item you want to exchange.
- We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
⚡ Fast exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your new item within 1–2 business days.
3. Refund Policy
If you prefer a refund:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We deeply apologize if you receive something damaged or wrong — this is not the SHFO standard.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace it for free, fast.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong item, defect), SHFO covers the return shipping.
We will send you the exact return address after your request is approved.
