  • Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees depend on your location and will appear at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly shown on the website or announcement bar.

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may contact you via phone.
  • Your shipment may be returned to us.

  • A wrong item
  • A missing product

We will replace the item or provide a suitable solution
