Refund policy

2-Day Policy for Unused Items

We aim to provide a smooth and flexible shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing parts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Try Before You Decide (At Delivery)

To make things easier for you:

  • You are allowed to open the package and try the item on while the courier is still at your door.
  • If you decide to return the item immediately at the doorstep, you will only pay the original shipping fee.
  • If you accept the order and the courier leaves, but later decide to return it, you will be responsible for:
    • The original shipping fee, and
    • An additional return shipping fee

Exchange Policy (Within 14 Days)

We also offer exchanges to ensure you get the right product:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must meet the same condition requirements: unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • If the new item has a different price:
    • You will pay the price difference (if higher), or
    • We will adjust accordingly if the new item is of lower value (based on store credit or agreement).
  • Exchanges are processed through the courier service for convenience.

Refund & Processing

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds (when applicable) will be approved after inspection and processed via the original payment method where possible.
