Delivery Times:
- Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1–2 business days ( 24 hours ).
- Delta & Canal Cities: 2–3 business days ( 48 hours ).
- Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–5 business days

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order during regular periods and within 2 days during sale periods , provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
