Delivery Times:

• Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1–2 business days ( 24 hours ).
• Delta & Canal Cities: 2–3 business days ( 48 hours ).
• Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–5 business days

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the day after purchase. Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong model/size, SHFO will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange
