Delivery Times:
- Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1–2 business days ( 24 hours ).
- Delta & Canal Cities: 2–3 business days ( 48 hours ).
- Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–5 business days
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the day after purchase. Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order during regular periods and within 2 days during sale periods , provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
