- Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days depending on your city.
- Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees depend on your location and will appear at checkout.
- Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly shown on the website or announcement bar.

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If delivery is unsuccessful:
- The courier may contact you via phone.
- Your shipment may be returned to us.
We can reship your order, but a new shipping fee will apply.Â
5. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A wrong item
- A missing product
Please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your package with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item & packaging
We will replace the item or provide a suitable solution
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and your mobile number are correct and complete.
SHFO is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
